Training 

Comprehensive training focused on the development of movement skills, mobility, strength and endurance. The goal is the practical use of acquired skills in everyday life.

How? 

The main goal is to better understand and control the connection between body and mind. We benefit from the knowladge that blockages manifested in the body are directly connected to the psyche. If we manage to improve reflexes, mobility, endurance, strengthen muscles and the center of the body, we can better coordinate our movement not only physically, but also mentally. We increase our resilience and with regularity we gain a solid foundation and consistency that we can transfer to other areas of life.

The first training is free and serves as an initial consultation, on the basis of which we will determine where and how it is appropriate to start. From this point, we determine what is the main priority at the moment. Then we will gradually increase the individual training elements so that your training is effective and beneficial in the long term.
